Kolton Andrus is the CTO and founder of Gremlin. Prior, he led reliability engineering efforts at both Netflix and Amazon. At both companies he managed large scale incidents, influenced the incident management processes and build Chaos Engineering tooling to help identify and fix problems before they became incidents.
