In 2013, during ALM Summit, Mitch Lacey and Jonathan Wanagel from Microsoft identified and presented eight anti-patters on technical interviews, actions that don't help bring the right people to the team, and even can hurt the organization engineering branding. This talk reviews these anti-patterns in the light of hiring during the pandemic and how crews could improve and adapt to get the best talent available.
