Moving from Rituals to Outcomes

Many of our cultural norms manifest themselves in rituals. However, rituals can't scale. In this talk, I'll describe the cultural evolution of a company scaling from less than 100 to over 8000 and still growing. One key is to focus on the outcome of a ritual and achieve that outcome through new rituals as a company grows.
