After transitioning from traditional, office-based operations to fully remote work in 2020, many organizations will be entering a new mode in 2021: hybrid collocated and distributed teams. Blending remote and in-person interactions poses a new set of challenges, often requiring specifically adapted solutions. Span of Control, Team Building, and other fundamental elements of organizational structure must be reconsidered in the hybrid context.
