CTO summit is a chance for a range of senior engineering leaders working at larger companies to connect with and learn from their peers with a full day of presentations, participation and networking. The summit is comprised of two keynotes, three short “hot takes” on the future of engineering leadership, and three in-depth topics where we take 90 minutes to do a deep dive into a key challenge common to most engineering leaders. We kick off each topic with three short fifteen minute presentations from practitioners sharing their experiences and then spend the last 45 minutes in peer discussions and exercises designed so we can leave the summit with a specific, actionable plan tailored to our circumstances ready for implementing when we get back to work.

Loved by more than six million developers, ngrok is simplified, API-first ingress-as-a-service. ngrok inverts traditional application networking by decoupling ingress from infrastructure. With one line of code, developers get instant ingress to services with authentication, observability, and other critical controls — all without provisioning legacy proxies, load balancers, or VPNs. ngrok’s simplicity has made it a de-facto standard tool among developers and industry-leading companies such as GitHub, Okta, Shopify, and Twilio recommend it throughout their documentation.
Free skills analysis or live training session. Skiller Whale’s skills analysis is a test of breadth and depth of capabilities within a given technology (e.g. JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL etc.). Results are visualised for you in interactive graphs so you can see the distribution of strengths and weaknesses, enabling you to prioritise how to support each individual, and help grow your team as a whole. If you’d prefer to see how our live, hands-on, 1-hour sessions look and feel, you can choose a taster session, just click on our logo to request your free taster session.
