This talk will discuss various aspects of building teams during times of substantial uncertainty. It will focus chiefly on scenarios of growth, where you need to build new teams, sites, and managers. We'll pay special attention to how these tasks change when many or all of the team members are working remote. Additionally, we'll consider special circumstances like acquisitions and international expansions. Throughout, we'll introduce complicating factors like shifting immigration policies, high team turnover, and varying business prospects.
